Mimicry is a multiplayer social-deduction horror set in a medieval European village. Bakers bake. Smiths forge. Butchers cut. Every trade feeds the next — until one of them stops being who they were.
You are a detective, or you are something else. The villagers don't know yet. They will, before dawn.
Slip into a villager's life. Walk their routine. Greet who they greet. The body remembers. The mind learns. Don't get the small things wrong.
Watch the routes. Ask the questions. The smith owes the butcher hooks by noon — if the hooks never came, who lied? Every broken contract is a thread.
Win the vote and burn the impostor. Or be the impostor — quiet, patient — and let the village wake up changed. Dawn ends one of two stories.
Each villager exists to feed the next. The smith forges hooks for the butcher; the miller grinds for the baker; the woodcutter heats the forge. Pull one thread — the whole web shivers.
The village runs on promises. The smith forges. The miller grinds. The butcher cuts. When a delivery fails, a stall stays empty, an oven stays cold — and someone, somewhere, did not do what they were supposed to do.
There are no kill animations to watch. There is only a notebook, a list of names, and the slow narrowing of a circle.
